About the Foundation

The George Dooley Memorial Foundation is a tax-exempt charitable trust established in 1998 after the death of former Linden High School teacher and coach, George Dooley, with the purpose of promoting education. Proceeds and donations fund the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association (HCMA), two scholarships at Linden High School, and the Dooley family trust for the education of George’s children and other needs.

Our major fundraiser is the George Dooley Memorial Golf Outing. If you are interested in sponsoring a hole at a future event or donating gift certificates or your company's products for use on the day of our golf outing, please contact us. In return for your sponsorship, your company will be recognized via a sign at the golf course and a sponsor brochure at the awards dinner.
